HDI Pricing for Partners: Subscription and Audit Packs
How much does HDI cost?
A partner subscription costs $500 a month or $5,000 a year and includes unlimited client screenings. Phase 2 audits are bought in packs on top of the subscription. The first 60 days are free. You set the price your client pays for the audit, and HDI does not bill your client. Prices are in US dollars.

The annual plan is 12 months for the price of 10: $5,000 instead of $6,000.
White label is your own full brand on the screening and results pages, without the line "Powered by HDI". It costs $1,500 on top of any plan or pack. The base plans keep your logo with "Powered by HDI".
Refer a partner who buys a plan, and get one extra Phase 2 audit added to your account.
What does the subscription include?
- Unlimited client screenings on your own link, with your logo and the line "Powered by HDI".

- The right to buy audit packs and to run Phase 2 audits with the HDI workshop instrument and report structure.
- In your first year, a 60-minute review of your first audit report with the HDI founders.
What do audit packs cost?
A pack gives you a set number of Phase 2 audits. The more audits in the pack, the lower the price of each one.

What is the start pack?
The start pack costs $4,000 and puts 3 months of subscription and 1 audit in one purchase.
What are the conditions?
- A pack is valid for 12 months from purchase, and only while your subscription is active.
- To run a Phase 2 audit you need an active subscription, an audit left in your pack and at least one certified auditor in your team.
- You set the price your client pays for the audit. The client and all the project work after the audit stay with you.
- If your trial or subscription ends, your link opens the ordinary screening without your logo, and new screenings no longer come to you.
How does the free trial work?
You get 60 days of unlimited client screenings on your own link, with your logo. No card is needed. Phase 2 audits are not part of the trial. The trial ends by itself and nothing is charged. During the trial you can connect your CRM and prepare your auditors for certification, so your team is ready when you subscribe.
