HDI Audit

HDI for GMP, Quality and Digitalisation Consultancies

Updated 6 October 2026

Why do consultancies use HDI?

Your consultants carry the pharma knowledge clients pay for. Selling it as a diagnostic is harder: each proposal is custom, you argue the scope on every call, and the result depends on who goes to the site. HDI gives you a fixed audit product. The client takes a screening of about 15 minutes, a certified consultant runs a half-day workshop with a fixed instrument, and the report follows a fixed structure.

What does a consultancy get?

How does the audit stay repeatable between consultants?

Each answer in the workshop is scored against a fixed description of what a given level of dependency looks like in practice. A new consultant learns the instrument from the tutorial and passes the certification test before the first client. A principal can check any report against the same structure and the same scoring descriptions. The second consultant can run the next audit.

How does the next project come out of the audit?

An audit ends with a ranked list of processes and an implementation plan. The client already accepts the evidence, because its own people supplied it. The next project is on the list: redesigning a process, digitalising a workflow, validating the system that replaces a manual step. You scope it with the client, and the work stays with you.

The audit also shows where qualified people spend their time compensating for weak systems. The projects on the list give that time back. HDI frees qualified people from routine. It does not aim to replace them with AI.

Who does what?

You find the clients, own the client relationship and run the audit with a certified auditor. HDI supplies the method, the platform, the scoring engine, the report structure and the certification. HDI sells to partners. It does not sell to your clients, does not run audits and does not build automation, so it never competes with you for a client.

What does it cost?

The subscription is $500 a month or $5,000 a year and includes unlimited client screenings and your logo on the screening link. Audits are bought in packs on top: $2,500 for one audit, down to $800 per audit in a pack of ten. You set the price your client pays. The first 60 days are free, with screenings only and no card. How do I start?

Take the screening yourself first, as a client would. Then start the 60-day free trial: you get your own link with your logo within a minute. Put the link in your next proposal, newsletter or conference talk, and buy a pack when the first client asks for the audit.
